But here's some food for thought, if you only speak up when you're confident, you are leaving a lot of opportunity to build visibility on the table.
If you look around, the most successful people don't always wait to know something before they chime in. Instead, they ask strategic questions. As you think about your work and how you're perceived by the team, how can you begin to elevate your speaking confidence even if you don't have all the answers?
